Cincon announces new EC4SAW series of 5-6 watt single output, wide input range, and isolated DC-DC converters in industry standard SIP-8 packages. They have a efficiency 89% (typical), isolation 1500VDC and operating ambient temperature range -40 to +105 °C compared to other competitive models in the market.
EC4SAW series has a 4:1 wide input voltage range of 9-36 and 18-75VDC and provides a precisely regulated output. EC4SAW series is available in four single output models providing the nominal outputs of +3.3V, +5V, +12V and +15V. Other features include short circuit protection, remote on/off control and very low no load power consumption (4mA typical) make EC4SAW DC-DC converters an ideal solution for energy critical systems. All models are very suitable for distributed power architectures, telecommunications, battery operated equipment and industrial applications.
The EC4SAW series measure 0.86" x 0.36" x 0.44" inches and all have industry standard pin outs. The converters’ small size takes up less PCB space allowing designers more room to add extra features, or alternatively to reduce the size of their end products. |
